Should 1 Deal a Day suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a purchase order entered into by a minor, 1 Deal a Day reserves the right to seek redress for such losses from the parent(s) or guardian(s) of the minor who caused any offending order(s) to be placed with 1 Deal a Day.

We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of agreement or otherwise.

Our maximum summative liability for any Product supplied to you whether in contract, agreement, and tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the Product(s) in question.

Whilst 1 Deal a Day employs the latest in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology software for its transactions with our customers, 1 Deal a Day will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorized manner.

Prices listed are including GST and are subject to change without notice. Stock information are updated regularly and should be treated as a guide only  for fast moving items. Our staff endeavour to present to you the most accurate and updated information to make your trading with 1 Deal a Day more efficient. Nevertheless, 1 Deal a Day shall not be liable for the accuracy or completeness of all information, text , graphics, links or other items on the website.

All Products are subject to availability .Credit card surcharge applies (in store if Paying via EFTPOS only). Pictures for illustration purposes only . All prices include GST. A 10% restocking fee applies to stock returned in its original condition. Prices may change without notice .

Any item changed or refunded in combo if approved will be done at the price that the item was bundled at DOA (Dead On Arrival) items are to be notified and returned on within the first 7 days to 1 Deal a Day.

You shall not assign any rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions whether in whole or in part without the prior written consent of 1 Deal a Day. Any unauthorized assignment shall be deemed null and void.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the provisions in question shall not be affected thereby.

Under the Trade Practices Act 1974 ("Act"), where implied conditions and warranties cannot be excluded, any liability in 1 Deal a Day for breach of such conditions and warranties (other than a condition or warranty implied by section 69 of the Act) shall be limited, to the option for 1 Deal a Day to replacement of the Product(s) or the re-supply of the same Product(s).

Neither our failure nor your failure to enforce any Term or Condition constitutes a waiver of such Term or Condition. Such failure shall in no way affect the right to later enforce such Term or Condition.

1 Deal a Day reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of sale at any time. No 1 Deal a Day employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the Terms and Conditions governing any sale.

1 Deal a Day shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of 1 Deal a Day.

Further, 1 Deal a Day shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

will hold returned parcels for a period of 4 weeks and will attempt contact a minimum of three times. Where we are unable to make contact with you, the order will be cancelled and a credit placed on your account for the amount of the goods only (freight & handling cost will NOT be credited). This credit can be used towards another order.

RA (Return Authorisation)

Warranty requests may take up to 2-3 weeks or maybe even longer during public holidays and holiday seasons depending on the manufacturer and stock levels, please note that we do not offer instant replacement. We strongly suggest that all warranty requests be dealt directly with the manufacturer as going so generally means a much quicker turn around time.

Products that are returned for warranty and are tested to work fine may incur a $35.00 + Return postage as a fee before being sent back to customer.

Products must be returned with an RA (Return Authorisation) number provided by the RA department (this is usually the order number as well). Any parcel received without a RA number will be returned to sender at their cost.

Customer is responsible for the correct packaging and shipping of the warranty returns back to us. Any physical damage will void the warranty. Shipping charges back to 1 Deal a Day is associated on behalf of the customer. 1 Deal a Day takes no responsibility for any RA return parcels lost during shipping.

To be eligible for a refund & return consumers must meet the listed requirements below.
- Consumers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product
- Consumers must follow our “Product Return Procedure”
- Order/Invoice Number for proof of purchase must be provided
- The full product package must be return in its original state. (Including installation CD’s, User Manuals, Accessories, Free Products that came with the purchase etc)
- Original Box including the barcode sticker on the box
- Product must be re-sellable condition
- Products must not be defected or damaged
- Please note minimum 10% restocking fee will be applied to any non-defective products
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- We do not accept Refund, Returns & Credit based on software and hardware incompatibility or unsuitable goods. Please select your goods carefully or ask for our advice in writing before purchasing.
- we are entitled to not refund & return if consumers change their mind about a product. (This includes when a consumer has found a cheaper product elsewhere, has brought a gift that is unsuitable, incorrect purchase, or their circumstances have changed and they no longer require the goods)
